How To Shop

1. Select the piece/s that you are interested in.
2. Contact us, via the CONTACT page, giving us the full description of the item. (Region, Society and Object)
3. We will confirm your order by sending you photographs.(If we do not have any item you see on this website, or any other pieces of art in which you are interested, we will try to source them for you).
4. With your approval, we will charge your credit card and ship your parcel to you. We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex and Diners cards.

Shipping of Goods

We offer various methods of shipping to suit you.

Post Office (Sea freight)

This is the cheapest method. Delivery takes between 8 and 12 weeks. Maximum of 10 kilograms per parcel allowed.

      -    Under 3 kg = N$ 395.00 (approx. US$ 70.00 and Euro 55.00)
      -    Under 5 kg = N$ 495.00 (approx. US$ 90.00 and Euro 70.00)
      -    Under 10 kg = N$ 595.00 (approx. US$ 110.00 and Euro 85.00)

Insurance (total loss only)
Only up to N$ 2000.00 applies to UK and USA only

Airfreight

We use Kuehne & Nagel or any freight agent of your choice.
Although this is more expensive, parcels take less than 2 weeks.
Freight charges relate to volume not weight, therefore we will quote for each parcel.
Freight charges can be paid COD.

Insurance (total loss only)
Optional - Insure for the full amount at 1.5% of value (minimum N$ 350.00)

Packaging

Standard packaging i.e in cardboard is free of charge.
Fragile packaging i.e wooden crate - minimum charge N$ 600.00.

While great care is taken with packaging, we are not responsible for the parcels in transit.
